    This title is interesting and intriguing. It reads: the leadership of the Church and the believers (vishwasikal)! The leadership is clear for all. But the believers is actually misleading. In fact the title means only and shall mean only those who profess their allegiance to the bishop who is accused of the crime of selling up the property of the diocese of Ernakulam. It cannot mean the believers in Jesus Christ under the Catholic Church, because there are large number of believers in Jesus Christ, who really are convinced of the fact that even if the court of law sets the case as baseless, the sale of the land and the underhand dealings are true. Now the title refers to those who perhaps have share in this dubious deals in one way or the other. They are believers in that bishop nothing to do with their faith in Jesus Christ, who is truth. God is just. Justice is something that the leadership and his coterie is trying to buy up with money and power. So they have nothing to do with faith in Jesus Christ. I believe that those who ask for justice and transparency are on the side of Jesus Christ and they are the true believers. We all know the loopholes of justice and the system of justice in our nation. So even if the court of law sets the bishop free, he has to stand before the DIVINE JUSTICE! Anyone, even if he is a bishop, who has done wrong will have to stand before that court. With money or power or support of coterie no one can buy up justice there. That the leadership of the Church is not interested in a letting the truth come out; that shows that they have something to hide: "something is rotten in the state of Denmark!" Actually, the genuine believers of Jesus Christ will stand for truth and letting the truth come out. So the title means indirectly, that the leadership of the church (Bishops) and their hunch men do not want justice and truth to come out and are on the run to hide it. BAD LUCK!
    Through the renewal movements the believers have since long gone through a process of spiritual renewal to a greater extend. But the Church leadership and their hunch men have not been renewed in anyway. They are moving from bad to worse. IT IS HIGH TIME....IT IS HIGH TIME.... THAT THE BISHOPS OF THE CHURCH MUST UNDERGO A SPIRITUAL RENEWAL! A GENUINE INTROSPECTION IS A MUST TO BRING THE BISHOPS BACK TO THE TRACK OF SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP IN THE CHURCH. THE SALT HAS LOST ITS SOLTINESS. BISHOPS, PLEASE, UNDERGO A SPIRITUAL RENEWAL. PLEASE, DO A GENUINE EXAMINATION OF YOUR CONSCIENCE. IN STEAD OF SHOWING TO BE PEOPLE WHO PRAY, PLEASE, PLEASE, PRAY. BECAUSE OF YOUR HEAVY EXTRA-ECCLESIAL ENGAGEMENTS, PERHAPS, YOU HAVE LOST THE HABIT OF PERSONAL PRAYER. PLEASE, DO A SERIOUS INTROSPECTION. YOUR ARE COMING TOGETHER TO MEET, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE NEED FOR A RADICAL RENEWAL? There is no one to tell you that you need to do something. But YOU need to undergo a spiritual renewal, A RADICAL SPIRITUAL RENEWAL.
